Tasting Note
One of our most popular rosé wines. A short fermentation on the skins gives this modern-style Pinot Grigio a delicate pink-coppery colour, it is crisp and intense with strawberry and raspberry notes on the aroma. This leads to light, citrusy, floral notes and more red berry fruit before finishing with a slightly peppery finish.
Try this with light seafood dishes.

Englishman Philip Cox and his Romanian wife Elvira, have turned the Cramele Recas Estate into the most successful winery in Romania.
