Our approach to winemaking is based on the traditional philosophy and practices of the ‘Old World’. We believe that hand picking optimally ripe fruit and then gently guiding it through vinification with as little intervention as possible allows us to produce elegant wines with flavour and structure that authentically reflect the special place they come from – wines that really are “Handmade from Central Otago”
Folding Hill was established by Tim and Nikki Kerruish, in partnership with Anne Charlesworth. The really hard work is done by Nikki who combines a career in Bioethics and looking after 4 children with all the accounting and compliance needs of the company. Viticulture is by award winning viticulturalist James Dicey and his Grape Vision crew , with winemaking being headed by the experienced and very talented winemaker Fred Riends.

Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing periods in accordance with the item.

Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not control it completely due to the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it has been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If it's been more 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item if it is unused and is in the same condition when you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
